2. Who we work with
We work only with hirers and work-seekers who are known to and verified by our internal teams. All temporary workers we supply are identified, screened, and validated by our staff to ensure they have the legal right to work and are engaged on fair and transparent terms.
As part of our operating model, we partner with a small number of umbrella companies and payroll providers. These organisations are carefully selected and vetted before any engagement takes place. We maintain a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL), and only payroll providers who have successfully completed our due diligence checks—covering compliance, financial stability, worker protections, and ethical standards—are approved for use.
This controlled approach ensures that every organisation involved in the supply chain meets our expectations around worker welfare, transparency, and ethical practice. It also helps us minimise the risk of exploitation, hidden labour practices, or any form of modern slavery within the recruitment and onboarding process.
3. Our Policies
Insight Global maintains a dedicated Modern Slavery Policy that outlines our commitment to preventing forced labour, human trafficking, and exploitation within our operations and supply chain.
In addition, Insight Global has the following policies that reinforce ethical standards for our staff and our suppliers.
-
- Anti-bribery and corruption policy – setting clear expectations for integrity and zero tolerance for unethical behaviour.
- Global ESG Goals and Impact report – outlining our broader commitments to ethical, social, and environmental responsibility.
- Whistle-blowing policy – enabling staff and stakeholders to raise concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
- Complaints policy – ensuring concerns are handled transparently, fairly, and promptly.
- Fraud Prevention Policy – helping to identify, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activity that could place workers at risk of exploitation.
- Sexual Harassment Policy – promoting a safe, respectful working environment and ensuring all allegations are taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
4. Policy development and review
Insight Global’s policies are established by our senior leadership team, based on advice from HR professionals, industry best practice and legal advice. e review our policies on an annual basis, or sooner if required, to ensure they remain current, effective, and aligned with changes in legislation, operational needs, and emerging risks. This approach ensures our commitments to ethical conduct and the prevention of modern slavery remain robust and continuously improving.
5. Our Processes for Managing Risk
In order to assess the risk of modern slavery, we use the following processes with our suppliers:
-
- We conduct an effective risk assessment, due diligence and audits before entering into a commercial relationship with any business where there is the potential for risk. These audited businesses form the basis of our preferred supplier list.
- We review the potential for risk at regular intervals, including the possibility of re-auditing a supplier or conducting spot checks.
After due consideration, we have not identified any significant risks of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in our supply chain. However, we continue to be alert to the potential for problems.
Additionally, we have taken the following steps to minimise the possibility of any problems:
-
- We reserve the right to conduct spot-checks of the businesses who supply us, in order to investigate any complaints.
- We require the businesses we work with to address modern slavery concerns in their policies .
- We collaborate with our suppliers in order to improve standards and transparency across our supply chain.
- Only senior members of staff who have undergone appropriate training for assessing modern slavery risks in the supply chain are authorised to sign contracts and establish commercial relationships in any area where we have identified the potential for risk.
Our staff are encouraged to bring any concerns they have to the attention of management.
6. Our Training
All Insight Global employees receive training and support appropriate to their role, ensuring they understand their responsibilities in identifying and preventing modern slavery. Policy acceptance is monitored by our HR team to ensure full compliance across the organisation.
In particular:
-
- All staff receive awareness raising information on modern slavery and human trafficking, helping them recognise potential indicators of exploitation and understand how to escalate concerns appropriately.
- We actively encourage our employees to speak up about any concerns they may have, reinforcing a culture of openness, vigilance, and shared responsibility in safeguarding workers.
Training is refreshed annually.
7. Reporting
