Committed to creating positive change for the future of America’s workforce, Korryn focuses her work on creating new opportunities for job seekers to change the way companies select, interview, and hire for positions.
Korryn also plays a key role in the company’s Pathfinders program, which is leadership development training for the company’s black leadership consultants.

As our DEI Recruiting Strategist, Tyler specialises in developing inclusive hiring strategies and managing inclusive hiring for Insight Global clients. He is passionate about both creating access to opportunities for candidates from historically marginalized communities and creating successful teams.
Tyler currently leads a team of 14 recruiters focused on creating custom, inclusive hiring strategies.

Jakayla is passionate about helping clients create a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging that engages and retains employees at organisations.
Jakayla was previously an account manager at IG, and she is also an active member of IG’s Women’s Leadership Council, the Black Employee Resource Group and is an Executive Diversity Council Ambassador.
